- Select a job and click ‘Apply Now’
- Create your online profile or use the profile you have created in the past
- Complete the application
- Keep an eye on your email for status updates – this is our most utilized form of communication

- You can use the search bar to search by a job title, job category, location, or job ID. On the search results page, you’ll have an option to filter more by category, location, and schedule
- How long will it take to complete an application?
- On average, a candidate will spend approximately 10 minutes or less on their first application. After you’ve set up your initial profile, all future applications should take no more than 5 minutes.
- I’m having an issue with the site or my application. Can I get help?
- Yes, please call us at 866-448-4347 and we’ll be happy to help you out!
- How do I know my application was submitted?
- You’ll receive a confirmation email from TalentManagement@invalidemail.com to confirm the application was complete and submitted.
- If you feel you have completed an application but have not received the email, please call us at 866.448.4347 so we can work through this together.
- How do I log back into my previously created profile?
- Click here. This will give you an opportunity to log back into your profile and continue with saved applications or apply to new roles.
- How do I create a new profile?
- When you’re ready to apply, just click on the ‘Apply Now’ button on the job description page for the role you’re interested in. This will allow you to register for a new profile.
- I am a current associate, where do I apply?
- In the top menu or on the home page, please click the ‘Current Associates’ link, this will allow you to login and apply as an internal associate.
- How will I know if I am moving forward in the process or what my status is?
- Once you’ve submitted your application, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of the application. Next, a Health First recruiter will review your unique qualifications against the requirements for the role. Should your skills and experience meet the requirements for the position you have applied for, another email will be sent to notify you about the scheduling the next step. - I was scheduled for a recorded interview via Voice Advantage. Does this affect my chances?
- No. We use the recorded interviews so you can interview at a time convenient for you and your busy schedule. The recorded interview will be reviewed and listened to by one of our recruiters. Remember this is a real interview so do make sure you are in a quiet place and respond as though you are talking directly to the recruiter.
- I’m not seeing any jobs I would be interested in. Can I be alerted of new jobs?
- Yes, you have a couple of options:
- You could sign up for our talent community to receive updates about Health First and new jobs.
- Additionally, you can sign up for similar job alerts. If you noticed a position that was close to what you were looking for, sign up for similar job alerts (on the right side of the screen when you click into a specific job). This will alert you via email of similar jobs.
- What is required after I accept a job?
- Once you have accepted a position, we will need you to complete a pre-employment physical, focusing on job related items, and a drug screen with our Associate Wellness team. Also, between the months of November-April, a flu shot will be required. There is no fee for this if completed during the pre-employment physical. We do require that every employee pass a urine drug screen, complete the background check process and other employment and education verifications.
Interviewing Tips
Health First offers a dynamic work environment that enables you to excel. We want you to be well prepared for new opportunities within our Integrated Delivery Network. We even want to ensure that you are comfortable and focused during the interview process. These tips can help you make a great first impression.
- Smile, relax and put your best foot forward
- Please bring two copies of your resume
- Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This way you have time to park, find your interview location, and relax.
- Dress for success (business professional/conservative)
- Prepare two or three questions to ask the interviewer about the position, typical day, responsibilities, career development, etc.
- Review Health First culture, values, mission and vision statements
- Bring a pen and notepad to take down notes as you interview
- Discuss past work experience with detail – explaining specifically what, why, and how
- Be prepared to answer questions relating to topics such as: teamwork, accountability, working in a fast-paced environment, working well with others, and why you want to work at Health First
